STREAMLINEPHYSICAL THERAPY

Pediatrics

Room to grow, in the room they grow in.

Physical therapy for children, delivered in the home, where play, routines, and family life already happen.

A young child crawling and playing on a rug in a sunlit living room, with a parent nearby.

Care built around your child's real day.

Working in the home means your child practices in the spaces that matter most: the living room floor, the stairs, the back step, and a hallway. We use what you have in the way of playthings and surroundings to creatively allow your child to develop needed skills. Sessions are one-on-one, unhurried, and shaped around what your family is working toward.

Parents and caregivers are part of every visit. You'll leave each session knowing what to look for and how to weave practice into routines you already have.

Areas of focus

What we work on together.

  • Strength and endurance

Building the capacity to keep up through a full day of play, school, and family activity.

  • Balance and coordination

Steadier movement for stairs, playgrounds, uneven ground, and quick changes of direction.

  • Gross motor development

Support for rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, running, jumping, and climbing.

  • Mobility at home

Getting on and off the floor, in and out of chairs, and other transitional movements that allow your child to navigate safely through the spaces you live in.

  • Play and participation

Movement goals framed around joining in, with siblings, classmates, and friends.

  • Family routines

Practical strategies that fit mornings, mealtimes, bath time, and bedtime as they already are.
