Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?
No, Streamline does not accept insurance directly. We will provide a superbill with the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Do I need a physician referral?
Virginia allows qualified physical therapists to evaluate and treat patients without a physician referral in certain circumstances. If you plan to seek out-of-network reimbursement, your insurance plan may have separate referral requirements. We can discuss what applies to you during your consultation.
Which areas of Northern Virginia are served?
Streamline generally serves Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, and McLean. Please reach out if you are elsewhere in Northern Virginia to ask whether service is available in your area.
